They make everything look easy with great rates and even homes to rent!
I recently tried to rent from Higgins. When I called I was told they only had 1 three bedroom and we set up a viewing. Everything was going great at that point. We'll after the viewing i thought of questions I needed to ask. They seemed to get irritated that I called back with questions. Also they couldn't answer basic questions like what school district or who power company was. According to application I had to have a 650 credit score, well they said I didn't.
