Management of this branch are horrible.
I’d leave 0 stars if possible. Extremely poor communication and customer service. They are painting my apartment complex and need to access all units bedroom’s to paint the pergolas and have not texted, emailed or called any units in the 2 weeks they have been painting. They left a note under the door informing us they want to paint and didn’t leave ANY contact details or a time. They turn up randomly at 8:30am and expect to be left alone in your bedroom and unit without permission or scheduling a time. Not acceptable.
