Hi We hired Higgins to paint our block of units, one of which we own. We are very disappointed with the quality of the work. My wife has contacted Sales Manager Michael Russo multiple times regarding deficiencies. The initial work was completed in 2022, and some remedial work was done on 26th April 2023. However, it appears the preparation for the remedial work was inadequate, as we are now seeing signs of paint peeling on the concrete coating of the complex.
