Used Higgins for a simple swap of 2 recessed ceiling lights. Installer showed up without the lights which we were assured he would bring with him, proceeded to go to Lowe's to buy them, billed us for travel time plus an hour of additional labor he did not provide. Installer was at our home for a total of 25 minutes and assured us we would not be billed for the travel time since it was their error, but we were still billed for 1.5 hours labor plus a hefty upcharge on the lights from Lowe's.
