Dr. Tony Fletcher basically called me a stupid angry black woman on paper who leads a "meaningless life" and even wrote things out of context and put some information about events in my life in my final assessment/diagnosis that wasn't what I told him and that never happened. I had a great experience at Higgins and Carter thanks to Dr. Fletcher. I went through testing at another practice prior to coming here and felt incredibly invalidated. Dr. Fletcher heard everything I said and was supportive of my experience throughout the entire process. He has also been extremely responsive
