In attempting to repair a rust spot on my car, I pushed a hole through the side of it. Bill gave a competitive estimate for repair and stuck to it. The job was done professionally and thoroughly. His explanation of what would be done to the car was clear and Bill is obviously knowledgeable and an expert at what he does.
