I brought my car in to get looked at, they were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, honest and explained things in a way that I could understand. What is believed to be wrong with my car is something that they don't work on and was upfront and honest about it rather than having me get things done that wouldn't help and even referred a business that could that I am hopeful about. I will definitely be back if I need anything else done in the future.
Higgins has been my go to for quite a while as long as I've been in Des Moines! I was recommended by family and friends alike and have never left feeling cheated or disappointed!
