overpriced, rude staff that never has time to do properly what they charge for. no proper care or compassion for the pets.
There was one time that Higgins upset me but it was more my reaction than them. Other than that, they were perfect. I have lived in 8 states, even more cities, and taken my dogs to many, many vets and let me tell you, I miss Higgins more than you can imagine. If they were in Las Vegas, I would go to them for everything.
Yesterday I had to put down my beloved Pyrenees of 6 years. I got 2 of those extra years with her because of Dr. Damiana's poise and grace in always having an answer to keeping Annie's quality of life suitable and managing her pain. Though I moved recently, she even took the time to speak to me on the phone about the upcoming euthanasia. All of the techs and receptionists were always exceptionally kind with us and gentle with my girl. I would recommend them to anyone.
I highly advise to stay away from this clinic. They don’t take your concerns seriously and will chalk it up just as something regular. Went into clinic for vaccine shots today, and told them my dog seems to have a cough and I want to have him examined and see if antibiotics may help. They went on to tell me I would have to come back another day… not because they were busy, but literally because they didn’t want to.
