This vet is unfortunately one of the worst ones that I have been to. Higgins Animal Clinic gives a very for-profit, upselling and overcharging energy that undermines any of the good medical work that I'm sure some of the clinical team attempts to provide. They send spammy, marketing texts and emails (e.g., Summer 15% off medical tests! $25 anal gland expressions, etc). Always take good care of our pup!
We take our hedgehog here and he gets amazing care from Dr. Roberts. He’s extremely thorough and knowledgeable about hedgehogs and is also very kind and gentle with ours. We have taken our hedgehog to another exotic vet and I just don’t think he receives the same level of care there. The staff is also very kind. We would definitely recommend taking your hedgehog here.
I can't say enough great things about Higgins! The entire staff is wonderful, especially Dr. Damiana, Bree, Arielle, and Dr. Roberts. I've moved neighborhoods a few times and continue to come here. They always take the time to talk to you about any questions or concerns you have, are prompt about responding, and are so kind to my dogs. I'm so grateful for the care they get here!
I am so grateful for the care my cat, Nougat, receives at Higgins Animal Clinic!
