Always take good care of our pup!
We take our hedgehog here and he gets amazing care from Dr. Roberts. He’s extremely thorough and knowledgeable about hedgehogs and is also very kind and gentle with ours. We have taken our hedgehog to another exotic vet and I just don’t think he receives the same level of care there. The staff is also very kind. We would definitely recommend taking your hedgehog here.
I can't say enough great things about Higgins! The entire staff is wonderful, especially Dr. Damiana, Bree, Arielle, and Dr. Roberts. I've moved neighborhoods a few times and continue to come here. They always take the time to talk to you about any questions or concerns you have, are prompt about responding, and are so kind to my dogs. I'm so grateful for the care they get here!
I am so grateful for the care my cat, Nougat, receives at Higgins Animal Clinic! I was dropping my dog off for surgery and observed a major lack of professionalism: a woman was yelling at one of the employees (perhaps she was the practice manager?). She berated them and was swearing at them. It was appalling. If this is how employees are treated without regard for customers, I can only imagine how the animals are treated behind closed doors. I will not be returning to this establishment.
