Of all the mediocre companies my Home Warranty companies have sent, Higginbotham & Son was the first and only qualified and honest company to service our home. My experience with this company has been nothing but outstanding!!! They are fast, honest, reliable and simply the BEST.
When my AC broke my warranty company told me to contact this company. It turned out to be THE WORST customer experience ever!!! Their tech showed up on Monday with a hard start kit that did not work. The tech then said they would need to order a new compressor. Initially I was told that part would be installed on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and no one showed up and no one called.
