Been void of a good dentist company for the past 10 years due to a super bad experience. Was a little bit apprehensive that I might find the same thing with Higginbotham dental. It was totally opposite. From the time I walked in until the time I left everyone was super nice super cordial and very experienced focused on my needs and not getting me out the door for the next patient to come in. Have a 6-month appointment scheduled and plan on making them my primary Dental facility. 100% recommend this company and its staff.
6/10/2026 Very professional and courteous staff , hygienists and front desk. They are upfront about what my insurance covered and did not cover. I consulted the Doctor for a future tooth extraction and I was paid full attention. Highly recommend.
I finally found a dentist office that I didn’t feel judged in and doesn’t want to make you cry when you see the pricing. I saw dr. Bourgeois and I believe her assistants name was Anna? Or maybe Hannah? They were very helpful and explained what was going on of course they had news I didn’t want to hear but in the end I understood and we were able to get things going. Very professional and did not rush the process. The staff genuinely cared for my wellbeing and kept me informed.
1st time visiting, was referred by a family member. From the time I walked in until I left, nothing but superb customer service. Very professional amd patient, as I was having issues locating my insurance info. They could have easily turned me away and rescheduled another appt. Would highly recommend. Just found my new orthodontist.
