We had a wonderful experience at the dental clinic on Southwest Drive in Jonesboro. The staff was friendly, patient, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. They were especially great with my seven-year-old daughter and helped her feel relaxed during the visit. Very clean office and excellent customer service. Next appointment is already booked
Front desk to dental chair was an amazing experience. Miss Sarah at the desk made sure all of the paperwork was in order and answered every question I had and even went a step further to help me figure out my next treatment. Nurses/Dental Assistants Mikayla and Lexi were simply the best. The made sure I was comfortable and that the anesthetic was working. Every time I've been to Higginbotham Family Dental I am blown away by not only the quality of dental work done, but the incredibly talented and friendly staff. From the moment I walk in the door Lexie, Skylar, and Jordon have big (pretty) smiles and treat me as if they've known me my entire life!
