Emily at front desk is very welcoming and friendly. She will be the first to greet you with a warm smile and friendly attitude at Southwest Drive Higginbotam. I’m a VA patient and seen Dr. Stricklin and he was able to save my teeth while most dentist would rather pull them when dealing with VA. Everyone was friendly and welcoming at Higginbotham family dental on southwest drive.
Southwest drive Higginbotham Family Dental is absolutely the best dentist around. Emily at the front desk is friendly and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. She has the sweetest smile and beautiful personality. We seen Dr. Stricklin today and he was amazing as well.
We had a wonderful experience at the dental clinic on Southwest Drive in Jonesboro. The staff was friendly, patient, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. They were especially great with my seven-year-old daughter and helped her feel relaxed during the visit. Very clean office and excellent customer service. Next appointment is already booked
My daughter had a great experience yesterday. We saw some familiar faces and my favorite dental hygienist, Mrs. Michelle! She is the best. Thanks for taking care of us.
Front desk to dental chair was an amazing experience. Miss Sarah at the desk made sure all of the paperwork was in order and answered every question I had and even went a step further to help me figure out my next treatment. Nurses/Dental Assistants Mikayla and Lexi were simply the best. The made sure I was comfortable and that the anesthetic was working.
