Front desk to dental chair was an amazing experience. Miss Sarah at the desk made sure all of the paperwork was in order and answered every question I had and even went a step further to help me figure out my next treatment. Nurses/Dental Assistants Mikayla and Lexi were simply the best. The made sure I was comfortable and that the anesthetic was working. Every time I've been to Higginbotham Family Dental I am blown away by not only the quality of dental work done, but the incredibly talented and friendly staff. From the moment I walk in the door Lexie, Skylar, and Jordon have big (pretty) smiles and treat me as if they've known me my entire life! Once I am in the chair, whether it's with the hygienists Michelle or Erin, or the assistant's Debra or Hailey, I am immediately made to feel comfortable, mentally and physically. Excellent experience here at Higginbotham. Very friendly staff and extremely clean facilities. Always greeted with a smile. Very short wait time and the process was quick and painless.
I had implant surgery and Dr. HIgginbotham worked together with the surgeon to make all the decisions before and after and I have had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE POST SURGERY! I am feeling completely recovered just a month and half after the surgery with my appetite skyrocketing and sleeping well and all my pain is completely gone. My pain was over with about 2 weeks after the surgery and the worst part is the first 12 hours after the procedure. Big shoutout to Mhelody, Dr. Marshall, and Lexie at Higginbotham! Mhelody and Dr. Marshall worked on my tooth, and even though Mhelody’s progressing more and more each time I come in, she’s amazing super sweet and careful. Mhelody also makes me feel like a friend, not just a patient, which makes every visit so much easier. Lexie at checkout is wonderful too! They made a root canal almost… enjoyable 😅.
