Ryan mentioned that he would stay in contact and follow up, but unfortunately, I never received any communication or follow-up from him until my policy had already expired and he was reaching out about renewing coverage. Good customer service requires consistent communication and taking care of clients before issues arise, not only reaching out when it is time to sell or renew a policy.
