Kim G My daughter's car broke down on a bridge and the police called Higbie Collision to tow it off of the bridge. The driver and all of the office staff was very kind to my daughter and to me when we went to pick up her car. They did charge a significant amount for the tow but they did look like they felt bad about it. If I am in need of body work or a towing service I would call this company.
wonderful I got into a car accident and was really upset, especially since my 4 month old son was with me. The tow truck drivers was extremely nice and helpful and helped calm me down and get me back on track. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of help.
Fast Service Only used this business once but was really impressed. The job was not large but they did it really well. I was most impressed w/ the turn around time, it was fast & the work was not comprised.
Excellent Service Service was excellent!! Quick and efficient! If I ever have a flat tire again and I'm close by, I will be calling Higbie. Thanks for a great job. Chana D
