I love Dr. Higbee and his office! They totally validated my pain I 'd been experiencing for nearly a year with a physical cause! He is kind, nice, professional and Knowledgeable and will do his best to answer your questions. One bad thing on my part is I forgot to ask all my questions when I was in his office. I also wish I could have seen the results for myself of the tests given to me as patient as well as my chart or obtained a copy of my medical file for my own personal use. He was kind and appropriate. Listened to me
I broke my elbow at work. He was impatient and had little tolerance for questions. His assistant is totally incompetent. Second appointment she wrote on my paper to give to work that my injury was in my left leg instead of arm and that I couldn't return to work, when I had been going into work before. I asked Higbee to see the x-ray at the first visit, but never did. I had to ask about 7 times the second visit before I finally saw it. thought I would need a hip replacement because I couldn't walk, After xrays and consultation Dr. Higbee suggested alternative treatments and I didn't need the surgery. The thing I liked most about Dr. Higbee, was he actually listened and took time to explain.This was only the second time I have found a doctor that acted like he really cared. (The first one has passed away). I would recommend him, he is genuine.
