Current management is trying to juggle reconstruction, some demanding tenants, and manage other buildings. Spokane Housing Authority is stretched thin on staffing, experiencing maintenance and management shortages. I've been here for 7 years. Very Good management and Social Services! Great neighborhood! Occasionally there can be problematic neighbors but management are on them. I feel lucky and grateful to be here! Our manager Eric is fair and fantastic!
