Seem very nice but construction is going on so dirty and congested.
Twelve and a half years residence leaves a fairly objective viewpoint. Prior management played games with tenants. Current management is trying to juggle reconstruction, some demanding tenants, and manage other buildings. Spokane Housing Authority is stretched thin on staffing, experiencing maintenance and management shortages. Maintenance under the newest maintenance person has been slow due to lack of being given priority status for serious maintenance issues in both the old building and now the new building.
