I went to the emergency room last night and Dr. Meena Hierholzer was the emergency room doctor that treated me for a swollen eye. Dr. Menna did not listen to my symptoms or throughly check my condition. I told her I got bit by a spider she never even looked to find bite mark. Although I haven't personally been treated by Dr. Hierholzer, I have had the opportunity to see how she handles young accident victim. I umpire rec league softball and Dr. Hierholzer is often at the games watching her daughters play. We recently had an incident where a player was hit on the hand by a pitch. The pitch totally ripped her fingernail off. Blood was leaking everywhere and the frightened little girl (no more than 12) was shocked. Professional, knowledgeable with a great bedside manner!! Dr. Hierholzer is truly personable and would definately go to her if I ever had an accident.
I will never come to see her again. I went to see her since I was in a pain and felt terrible. I was in a car accident with 4 cars and my car was in the middle. I kept telling them my back hurts and can I get an ice bag. No one every gave me an ice bag or anything for the pain. She she did some x-rays andI never saw her again. The worse in considerate human beings ever. Mighy have went somewhere else. Plus, she never came back and discuss anything with me. They just discharge me without them telling me how I feel. Terrible!
