Hier Drilling GREAT! They have the best techs, they are on it when really need em, An absolute pleasure to work with. And they don't gouge you on extra service fees even when it's' an emergency situation (Other companies will gouge you when your in a pinch)They could take a lesson from HIER on customer service. Absolutely the best people to call when you’re well stops working. The office was friendly and knowledgeable. The guys were at our place first thing the next morning. They diagnosed the problem, clearly communicated what was involved, upgraded the old stuff, and replaced our pump in a few hours. They even re-hung my broken laundry door for me. Great service.
From the office to the field crew this is a first rate company. Nate and his crew are experts and professionals. They identified the issue in my control box and got my well working again. They have detailed knowledge of the region and keep good records on their wells. I would highly recommend Hier for all of your well needs.
