First off, JoAnn the so called receptionist seems to be mad at the world at all times. She yells at ppl to do this, do that, then asks 2 ppl a question, 2 ppl go to respond, she yells at us! So so so rude. As I have seen many on here say the same thing. Also I thought Dr Leih was gonna be a good Dr but when a Dr that hadn’t even seen my file (he was calling from my ins company) and just from conversing with me for 10-15 mins, he named 4 MAJOR things that Dr. Lieh had been overlooking. I have been with Dr Le for a few years now. I come in with acne issues and anxiety and he immediately gets it taken care of and I have since felt a lot better!

Today, I was at Dr Le’s for a follow-up appointment, and I have to tell you about the wonderful experience that I had. Recently, he has made significant changes to the front desk and I saw the new changes today. What a wonderful relief it was for me to walk into his clinic and see two new people who welcomed me with open arms!!! I have never met a primary care doctor who is more professional and knowledgeable while maintaining an utmost degree of personability than Dr Le. He took care of my grandmother and since my mother's stroke he has been her primary care doctor. He is able to relate to her and relay the importance of her follow-ups post CVA (stroke) in a way that I am not able to.
