I had absolutely no luck getting responses from the Travel Clinic from Kaiser to get information and prescriptions for my upcoming travel. The "phone only" travel clinic meant I couldn't talk to anyone about my concerns at all, nor any way to email. I was so frustrated I was about to terminate my relationship with Kaiser. Luckily, a wonderful supervisor at the help and advice line, hearing my complete distress - got my info to Dr. Truong at Infectious Diseases.
