My parents PCP of more than 20 years retired and recommended to transition to Dr Pham. We were very worried and stress about the transition since our family had built such a deep relationship with her like she was family. My mom had her first visit with Dr Pham and we are so relieved! He was very genuine, understanding, compassionate, and made sure we did not have any lingering questions before the visit was over. Highly recommend!
Dr. Pham is down to earth and he is caring. I feel recognized and respected by him, and have recommended him to friends. Sometimes Dr. Pham uses analogies that tend to over explain a concept, but that’s OK because I feel comfortable cutting him off and telling him “I get it.” He is great about calling you directly to check in on you. After years (decades), I finally found a PCP I really like.
I was looking for a new primary care physician when I came across Dr.Pham. I asked him to refill a prescription of a commonly used anti-anxiety medication, which he then accused me of “hopping from doctor to doctor” to get a refill on my prescription. This was the first time I had ever visited his office or met him. He said he would invalidate my request if I consulted him about it again. Very disheartening experience that I hope no one else shares a similar experience.
Dr. Pham was pleasant and professional. He made me feel at ease and patiently listened to my questions and answers. He was prompt and thorough with email responses. It was my first visit to Kelsey Seybold and it was a good one. Thank you, Dr. Pham.
