Recently bought a trailer here. Sales experience was good sales people weren’t too pushy. When I went to pick up my trailer, I had a guy named Jeremy take me for my walk around. I don’t know all the guys that worked there, but if you could pick your service guy, this is the guy I would pick again. He could answer every question of mine, his knowledge was above and beyond what I was expecting for all the questions I was asking about the trailer/camping. I had my none Jayco trailer serviced at Hiemstra recently, due to propane leak. The service department found the problem with their experienced troubleshooting, in a short time. While I was unable to use the stove for an upcoming camping trip, (good thing my old colman stove was still around) they were able to keep my other propane powered equipment working normally, until the repair parts arrived.
