Talked in the phone said appointment was at 11:15 showed up told them it was 11:15 they told me to sit down and wait around 11:10 someone came in said they had a appointment at 11:15 so I went up and asked they told me my appointment was at 11:45 even though I talked with them on phone and confirmed in person it was at 11:15 had me waiting over a hour and 2 people I showed up before went ahead of me! Downtown Hiemstra has been my glasses connection for many years! Great staff who takes the extra time to make things right for you. Doesn’t get better than that!
I have been going to Hiemstra downtown for about 40 years. I love them! Jenny and Jen are so kind, helpful and courteous. Along with high professionalism. Highly recommend. We always talk and laugh.
