Greg Hiegel of Hiegel Construction was the Construction Superintendent when we built a new Central Fire Station in Orange, Texas. In my 53 years in the Department and 25 of them as the Fire Chief, this project was one of the three major construction projects that I undertook during my tenure as the Chief of the Department.
