I started using Hieatt in 2022. Robert is a good dude… he and his team do quality work. Great business that isn’t over saturated. Always communicating (which I like versus me asking).
Prompt, friendly communication and top notch quality. Hieatt visited our property within days of my initial call. Bobby listened carefully, taking notes and measurements. He did the extensive edging personally (we have a corner lot), ensuring the highest expertise of work. There were 2-5 inches of overgrowth on all the sidewalks since we had not edged in years. Very thorough and professional. Our family had an emergency and we were suddenly unable to tend to our lawn, bushes, and trees. Hieatt stepped in with limited notice and completed all of our summer landscaping. They were knowledgeable and very receptive and understanding of our needs. Outstanding company!
This company has been cutting the grass for my condo association recently and does a sloppy job. Patchy work, cut corners, missed trimming, and no awareness of where they are blowing their clippings. On more than one occasion they have "forgotten" to blow off the patios of at least half of the association. The times they have remembered, the blow the clippings TOWARDS THE DOORS?!!?
