STARTED OUT BAD : ORDERED A SET OF HIDS. THEY DID LET ME KNOW THEY WERE ON BACK ORDER BUT STATED THE HIDS WHERE SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE AT THE END OF THE MONTH. SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO CHECK ON STATUS BUT NO ONE RESPONDS. UPDATE: OWNER CALLED AND EXPLAINED IT WAS AN OVER SITE ( EMAIL MESS UP )AND WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL. LET ME JUST SAY I WAS VERY IMPRESSED THAT THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS NOT VERY OFTEN YOU SEE THAT. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING TO MY CUSTOMERS THAT THEY CHECK THEM OUT. I don't write many reviews, but Scott at HIDSRUS is the epitome of customer service in a world where it does not exist anymore. For example, he allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed without trying to rush me off the phone. He was very knowledgeable about the fitment on my KTM 525 EXC and spent extra time giving me a plethora of additional info to make sure that both the install would go smoothly and also that I was choosing the best lighting option.
