Great atmosphere, purpose built gym. Great instructors.
I Visited Hidri this week while traveling. As someone who has been to a few different functional fitness/crossfit gyms, I think his programming is one of the best I’ve seen. I really enjoyed the way they structure a strength + metcon + burnout on the MWF days. My only suggestion would be to fix the running marks as they are not very accurate. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
