I Visited Hidri this week while traveling. As someone who has been to a few different functional fitness/crossfit gyms, I think his programming is one of the best I’ve seen. I really enjoyed the way they structure a strength + metcon + burnout on the MWF days. My only suggestion would be to fix the running marks as they are not very accurate. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
This place really make you sweat and you will get in shape for real those extra annoying pounds will be shredded with the routines of the amazing exercises that they put together, I went from 256lbs now to 220lbs you will love every step of the way like I do I promise you !
