I called Hidle House three separate times seeking information about services. Each time, I spoke with an office manager who took my information and assured me that someone from the support team would return my call. Unfortunately, no one ever did. They let my troubled son leave with his absent father. Man shows up with child support papers from 2015 and they let him leave with him. I begged them not to, I begged them to wait. Cops didnt even run his ID. He had a warrant!!!!!!!!!!!!!They said we don't require anything else but proof of paternity, NOT GUARDIANSHIP?!?!?. Makes you list any people to be allowed contact but let him leave with a drug dealer. So very upset, disappointed and now scared for my sons' life and future.
I have to say by experience of the fact that my third child was court ordered here because of the same exact thing as the other two. Which they apparently have no experience in that type of skill to help your child. Thinking is it was actually gonna be a good thing but it is actually pointless. Because all three of them have told me the story! So what the Judge and any other person that is making the decision to send your child to Hildle House. I went there for almost 3 weeks it was great staff are amazing it’s great for foster homes if it was long term I would have stayed there with no problem you are feed well givin a great room.And staff treat you like there own it’s great I 100 percent agree with coming here
