Dr. Hider is always knowledgeable, professional and kind to work with. I never wait long after check in and all the staff are typically quite helpful. Sometimes newer staff are still learning and obviously not as broad in their knowledge, such as insurance coverage and costs. I am sensitive about my eyes but am never nervous as a patient of Dr. Hider and fellow co workers.
