If we could give ten stars we would! We hosted our Highschool reunion here and Clarence was a joy from start to finish. We had originally booked another venue which fell through at the last minute and was almost triple the price. Clarence was very accommodating of us as we were in desperate need of an alternative venue. This event venue is more of a production facility. They're leaning away from party's because people don't know how to take care of the property while renting it. Which sucks because it's a very nice place for an intimate party (50ppl). It has Bluetooth speakers, a floral green wall, 2 nice TV's that you can use for videos, slideshows, etc. It also has backlights and you can choose your color. It has a kitchenette. Clay was nice and professional!
The owner is amazing. Everything is just amazing hassle And stress free
