I need to throw this out there. I stopped by the association of property owners office today . I was fortunate to meet Tina and Barbara , two of the nicest and funny people to talk to.
Nice gated community with plenty of activities to do. You must be a member or guest to enter the community. As of this review, short term rentals are allowed.
The Properties are a great buy for the price . Many have three or four bedrooms. Most of them are season homes and not winterized . My one fear is that many of them look like Weekend Party homes . I do not want loud noise or heavy drinking as my neighbors.
