Dr Takahashi performed a biopsy on my Mother, Esther Mollo 10/22 perforating her intestine causing my Mother’s excruciating pain and death a few days later. My mother walked into South Nassau hospital only 3 days earlier with mild discomfort, communicating and joking with family and nurses. Immediately following the procedure (biopsy) my mother was put on a ventilator so she could not communicate. 2 days later my Mother was given an overdose of anesthesia causing her death.
