It’s hard to make time for yourself and HIDEF Sports and Physical Therapy has made that step much easier. It’s convenient, efficient, and fun. AJ (and anyone who shadow's him) are intentional, personable and encouraging. It’s in a larger warehouse and provides ample space to do the stretches and exercises that are specific to one’s needs. AJ is absolutely awesome, he is extremely smart, and the knowledge he has on exercises to help further your recovery is unbelievable. If you ever found yourself at a stuck point with your recovery process, he always had an idea of how to further progress it
