Matt and Laura are an amazing team! I have been scared for days after two bats entered our living room the other night. Matt and Laura travelled a long distance to our home, worked hard all day to locate places where the bats could have entered the house and to ensure they would be prevented from getting in again. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Truly exceptional service all around. We had a raccoon in our eaves that had gotten in through a turbine that was mid-repair. The level of responsiveness and professionalism from this team has exceeded all my expectations. They dropped in for an on-site inspection the same day I emailed about possible critters in our eaves - turned out to be raccoons, identified by Matt within minutes based on pieces of fur and one conveniently placed paw print. I initially contacted them because I was concerned that a skunk or possum had taken up residence under my ground-level deck. They quickly assessed the situation and determined that whatever animal had been there had already moved on. After providing a clear and detailed quote, I went ahead with their recommendation to seal off the deck using screening to prevent future intrusions. The workmanship was excellent, and the price was fair. I’m very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend their services.
