Absolutely horrible. Was guaranteed it would be waterproof so we paid and got there and there was water in the unit. Not to mention very buggy and dirty. So we called to cancel and get a refund. Told it would only take a day or so then however long for the bank to process. Ok great. Two weeks later I still haven’t received it so I called and they said well they have to wait for management to process it. Why wasn’t I told that before?
