Great facility with access no matter day or time. Had a problem with the app once and made a call and got it resolved quickly. Jordan in the office has been very helpful. Would recommend.
Hideaway Storage (Northwood) deserves more than 5 stars! My husband and I rented our unit for 2 years and had absolutely ZERO issues. The facility is clean, well lit, secure, and easily accessible. I also loved that I could call and speak with a LIVE person. Their office staff….TOP NOTCH! Always super helpful, courteous, and so friendly. If we are ever in need of extra storage, Hideaway North will most definitely be our go to.
Great facility. The grounds always look amazing. My issue with the facility and the reasoning why I am vacating in 30 days is they lack the customer retention/customer service aspect. I have had an issue with my lock on my storage at least 5-6 times in the past. This was brought to their attention each time. I have all phone calls/text messages as proof. In an era where every phone call for customer service is automated, it was extremely refreshing to be able to speak to a live person with each call. Representative Jordan was extremely helpful in responding to my multiple inquiries and taking the time to provide a tour of the different unit size options to ensure we we're sized right for our residential moving storage needs.
