half of the perfumes are broken, one of my custard body butters was opened and squirted throughout the box, I didn't receive the body wash or the shower mousse. After ordering on the 10th and receiving them on the 23rd, receiving them in a poorly packed box that was bent and busted, it's safe to say i feel very let down by this order. No smell very disappointed
Bottles leak, lids are corroded, fall apart, you name it. Terrible! Bottle broke very easily too. Would be better to just put into a plastic spray bottle-at least that might survive better! Postage took ages as well and I couldn’t be bothered putting a complaint in because I’m sure they’re dealing with 62845291 complaints already! Don’t waste your money.
I normally only write reviews for positive experiences, but I felt compelled to share this one because of all the glowing Facebook marketing and reviews—which I now believe are completely misleading. It's shocking what companies are allowed to get away with on these platforms. I purchased a "dupe" advertised to smell exactly like a Tom Ford fragrance.
