This facility has the worst air quality i have ever expeienced, including being on an airplane which had more airflow that this place, very loew cielings, overcrowded, and very humid due to over capacity of visitors. I was very sick with chest cough and cold for a week,. This place should be shut down thete is no way that they would pass a health and safety check for air quality and over crouding. Dangerous place to take your kids unless you are looking to get very sick.
On the weekend there needs to be more staff, more computers to register, and better food preparation. This was absolue mayhem do to the lack of oversight organization and management. Will go to other places
Very good place with lots of fun activities for kids. Very clear and good customer service too. Staff are very kind and helpful. Overall good experience and good weekend there.
My kids had so much fun! They never wanted to leave. The playstructure is really big! They have many slides and a trampoline (the adults are not allowed on the trampoline though). They also had coffee and lattes which I really appreciated as a grown-up.
Great place for the kids to get out their energy. Especially during the winter months.
