From the initial contact with Mark to discuss the installation to dropping off the boat and getting updates and pictures during installation the process was very professional and smooth. I have a hide a davit on my 40 ft tiara. I had it installed in 2020 at LaConnor Maritime Services. The price quote, installation and product checkout was exactly as promised. Over the years I have had a few minor issues. Some my own fault and others attributed to a material problem.
