Alicia delivered the flowers right to my Aunts room, set them where she could enjoy them and wished her a Happy Birthday too!! She sent me a photo of the beautiful arrangement made!! Wonderful customer service and gorgeous flowers!!
I live in Nashville, so in order to find Hiddenbrook Floral, I had to research several florists in an area that I am not familiar with. My sense from Hiddenbrook’s website was that Alicia is very passionate about her craft, and that she takes a lot of pride in what she does. I failed to read 'by appointment only' and just showed up mid afternoon looking for a floral arrangement for my wife's 39th birthday. Alicia was very kind and professional. She got straight to work on an amazing centerpiece that my wife absolutely loved. Very welcoming and talkative, even showing interest in our own small business. I cannot thank her enough for coming thru with absolutely zero notice. I will most definitely be contacting her for future purchases, and next time, I will plan ahead and give her some notice.
Alicia created a beautiful fresh flower bouquet for me and delivered it to the church. The flower choices were stunning! Thank you for a great experience!
Alicia did a beautiful job with the flowers for my daughters wedding, they turned out so beautiful. When I asked my daughter what she thought of the flowers she got a huge smile on her face and said “I loved them, they were perfect” that’s what you want to hear on your daughters special day! Alicia was very easy to work with and communication was great. She sent a email right before the wedding which was nice having reassurance she was doing her job. Thank you Alicia!!!
