I just came back from a cleaning and a filling at *Hiddenbrook Dental Clinic*, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over two years, so I was definitely a bit nervous going in. But from the moment I walked through the door, the staff made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Groom is outstanding! He went above and beyond to make my experience amazing and I cannot say enough good things about this place. By far the best experience I’ve had with a dentist. I would recommend to anybody!
Dr. Groom and his team made me feel so comfortable during my recent visit! I’ve always feared the dentist - but at this office I could tell that they take pride in helping their patients feel at ease. I felt very included in my care and it was a great feeling to trust I was in the best hands! Already scheduled my follow up appointment!
Dr. Sparrow and staff are awesome including the front office staff. They are compassionate, kind, and patient. You can tell they make decisions with the patient's best interest in mind. My husband has extreme dental anxiety, but doesn't mind going here because of the professional way they treat him and the options they have available. We have not had any issues with insurance/billing. The front office staff are clear communicators and helpful. We appreciate that the office is clean, too.
