Was shown a unit that was supposedly renovated (not) the ac unit was full of mold, and that is very dangerous if you have any young ones, flooring was lifted, and kitchen was not updated at all except whoever painted it they did not seem to care one bit. i’m glad i didn’t sign anything until looking which i recommend if anyone is going to live there.
Washers don’t work expect us to pay so much and other hidden fees when they won’t even get rid of the rats nor fix any of the problems we have that continue to get bigger . Your going to find needles where they shouldn’t be . Gun violence all the time at night I can’t even let my kids play outside without the worries of being harmed
No experience with tenant rights Front office calls to harass tenants My mother lives there and fell by her door step because they are neglecting the property and not want to fix anything as well as painters that cant even paint right painted her door shut New owner now still not educated with tenant rights and continues to harass an elderly and disabled woman This place is a joke if i could i would put NO STAR BEWARE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE (human)
Can we get a better, more professional property management team? This new one is lazy and rude and that’s putting it nicely…
