An absolute joke. I booked this hotel in off season for the good price and location. Initially, when we checked in, we didn’t really go look around because we were so tired and hungry and got in late. The futon was ripped up and stitched back up in a very cheap looking fashion, which was a little concerning, but I brushed it off. Fast forward my boyfriend goes and takes a shower comes out and tells me there’s still soap and other bathroom products from the previous tenants in the shower. Haven't actually checked in yet because they won't let us until 4. I was told we would be able to check in early. I have a crying toddler, two antsy dogs, and a car full of perishable foods with no place to go. We've been waiting for an hour already hoping they would have had the room ready. Considering check out is at 10am, that doesn't seem unreasonable.

I should have listened to the terrible reviews on this place. Vacasa was AWFUL to work with, wouldn’t let us check in early (although room was ready), another guest was able to use her code 20 mins early and get in. Futon in room two was so uncomfortable, only one wine glass available, room was SO SMALL, there was no place to put suitcase. Bed was too hard. I left after one day and made arrangements inlay another hotel with MUCH BETTER service and accommodations AND let me check in at 11:30 because the room was ready. Don’t ... read more
