I live here, and I gotta be honest, it's a craphole. We've made up our house to be beautiful (inside at least) and have put a nice big veggie garden outside for quick snacks, but we have recently gotten a new owner who isn't the greatest at increasing the value of the properties. If you are planning on moving to montesano for whatever reason, I would say pass on here, unless you have a really low budget, then go ahead, we specialize in that.
