Riding the big innertubes down their hill is an absolute blast!! Our favorite time to go is after 10 p.m., when the crowds are smallest, the paths refrozen, you don't have to wait in lines, and everyone seems to just be there for good clean fun. I don't ski, and really don't care to now that I've discovered this gem.
I have been all over the nation skiing and am aware that any ski location in the midwest will suck; I don't understand why they charge people more for a season pass than GREAT ski resorts in this country. It's not about the bottom line with them because if they were to charge $150/pass a lot more people would buy them. Due to this I only went there twice (I have my own gear so that saved).
