I love my landlord. He is amazing. When I come with a problem he does everthing in his power to get what I need fixed. However the trash left around the trash can is a sore site. And water flows right infront of my house.

Great place since I’ve been living here. It was easy to go from renting to owning in a few small steps and now I own my home. Mr. Richard is by far the best landlord that has been there. And I truly like the company that owns the property now. Super helpful and very kind!
Moved out 2.5 months ago and I’m STILL waiting on my deposit refund that was reissued after being “ printed but not mailed”. Now no answer on the phone or door, no contact.
paid my application fee and i havent heard from no one,yall will not get away with this GOD is on my side......I yet to hear from anyone,ITS been more than 10 days whats the excuse now...ive found a place to stay now..Therefore i want my money back ....thanks.....It's now been years,I've yet to get my money back,you all should be ashamed of yourselves, BUT GOD bless you all
