We bought a luxury home from Hidden Valley Homes and it has been one issue after the next. The latest issue is that we have a huge deck that wasn’t properly sealed - so it leaked, held water and part of the ceiling underneath came down. They don’t see a problem with the leaking. This company built a home in the Grove community that we purchased from another family a few years ago. After we purchased the home, we found that they put a very unsafe chimney on the roof, 12-feet high, narrow and covered in large, heavy stones all around top to bottom. Jim Spangler and George Grundler are crooks. Jim’s daughter Lauren Jim’s daughter unfortunately is overwhelmed since she has no help so you the customer suffers. They lie to your face and do what is best for their business not you the customer. They charge a management fee and add-on 18% overage on all their vendor subs. Steer clear!!
