We bought a luxury home from Hidden Valley Homes and it has been one issue after the next. The latest issue is that we have a huge deck that wasn’t properly sealed - so it leaked, held water and part of the ceiling underneath came down. They don’t see a problem with the leaking. Come to find out that they only actually seal 1/4 of the deck properly. …They just seal the edge. This company built a home in the Grove community that we purchased from another family a few years ago. After we purchased the home, we found that they put a very unsafe chimney on the roof, 12-feet high, narrow and covered in large, heavy stones all around top to bottom.
