Unethical or Medical Malpractice: I scheduled and attended a Yearly Physical / Preventive Care appointment on May 28, 2026. Prior to scheduling and during my visit, I clearly specified that this was a preventive care visit (covered by insurance): 1: In writing via text prior to the appointment. 2: Verbally at the front desk upon arrival. 3: Verbally to Dr. Rice Cary during the visit. I am done with this place! This is my last day, even trying to go here. Their staff is totally incompetent. It has always been a ridiculous mess dealing with these people. They plan and coordinate terribly. They communicate terribly. Had an appointment this morning at 8 AM to get my blood drawn because the doctor specifically asked I don’t go to LabCorp next-door and have his office draw the blood. Dr. Hardenbrook is my all time favorite doctor! I love that he had gotten to know me as his patient. With his knowledge had a conversation with me on what he suggests that is best for my health. I hope he never retires.
I've been to Hidden Valley Family Medicine for over a year and I just can't take it any more. I have just one medication that they have yet to refill correctly. Every time I go to my pharmacist, they say I have to wait another day because whoever sent the prescription doesn't write anything clearly. There's a woman who must have something going on with her personally. Every time I've been in she gives me these blood curdling stares and if I fill something out wrongly, she makes me feel small.
