In the past I used to be very disappointed of the disorganization and lack of professionalism of this place (they improved though), but the main reason why I still go there is meeting Mindy Wade, NP. Second time I visited her in the last 3 years and I can only say great things about her. She is very professional and understanding. She speaks my language and gets me right away. I’ve been extremely pleased with my doctor and the office. The office is super responsive to texts and calls. My doctor I has been very understanding and reasonable, and she actually listens to me. If I text the office, I get very fast responses. This place is a breath of fresh air compared to so many others.

I attended the clinic in a precarious medical condition which required an understanding, detail-oriented, and delicate provider. Rachel Richard “attended” to me and I found her to be profoundly unprofessional, obviously hurried although the clinic seemed to be almost empty, and with a very distasteful and cold bedside manner. She came off apathetic to my situation, she lacked realistic options for a referral outside Hidden Valley Medicine, and it felt like I couldn’t be pushed out the door soon enough.
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis a week ago. I was given the runaround by Hidden Valley Family Medicine in Draper for the last month. I truly had a terrible experience. I would not recommend them. I met with 3 different providers but Carlie Hamilton was by far the worst. She showed a complete lack of sympathy/empathy. No reassurance or explanation after she told me I have hashimotos. I was sobbing by the end of the call but she ended it like everything was fine and said “have a nice day!”.
