I had a fantastic experience with Hidden Valley Designs! Nikki and Laura were involved from start to finish and were a dynamic duo—personable, patient, and attentive. They offered excellent options, kept me informed, and the installation was seamless, leaving my home spotless. I especially love the motorized blinds, which I automated with my Amazon Assistant for voice, remote, or phone control. Hidden Valley Designs did a great job working with my wife and I as we considered different types of window coverings. They were very responsive, came to the house with samples, they helped us make the right decisions, took measurements and put in the order. Within a very short time the product arrived and was installed. Great communication, they know their products and very helpful.
Working in the furniture business for 46 years (Buzzys) I realized I knew nothing about window coverings. I’d heard such wonderful things about Nikki and Laura, I decided to make the appointment. Great response time, fast appointment, and actually had such a great time working with them. They know their product!! Needless to say I ordered-came exactly when they said they would, installation was so professional. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you Nikki and Laura, I love my new Roman shades!!!
