Horrible service, horrible people skills. The boss/manager was a grumpy old **** with absolutely no sense of customer service. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else
Avoid this business. I asked for a safety check for rego which costs ~$60. They changed the engine oil without permission and charged me the full retail price for the oil even though it was their mistake. I ended up having to pay ~$180, three times more than I was expecting. I walked away feeling scammed.
Hard to find service like this, pricing is great and quality parts used.
I called as a tourist to make a really spontaneous appointment for an oil and oilfilter change. The mechanic explained to me that they don't do "just an oil change" for tourists anymore because they made bad experiences with it. Instead, they combine an oil change always with what they call a minor service (checkup of your car). I understood their reasons and accepted their useless extra costs as he was the only one who fitted me in so fast. In the end, I paid 320$ for this service.
